We sit in one-north (Buona Vista). The nearest MRT is one-north (CC23), about four minutes on foot from Galaxis.

If you already know you need a programme for yourself, or a sitting for a team, say so in the form. If you are unsure, that is a normal starting point. The call is there to sort that out before anyone enrols.

What happens after you send this

The form is a request for a conversation, not an enrolment. Nothing is reserved and no fee is taken until we have spoken and you have confirmed a place in writing.

We read the note

If it arrives on a weekday before 17:00 Singapore time, we read it the same working day. Weekend notes are opened on Monday morning. We look at the work you described, not at a sales script.

You get a reply

The reply comes from hello@aiacademysg.com. It will propose a twenty-minute call, or ask for one extra detail if the note is too thin to prepare. You will not be placed on a mailing list.

The call, then a written read-back

On the call we ask about the parts of your week that repeat. If a programme or a team sitting looks like a fit, we send a one-page read-back within two working days. If it does not, we will say so. Common questions before that call are collected on the FAQ.

Campus

Finding the room

Galaxis sits in one-north, a short walk from one-north MRT (CC23) on the Circle Line. From the station follow signs for Fusionopolis and Galaxis; the walk is about four minutes on level pavement. We are on level 8, unit 12. If you are coming from Buona Vista, allow a little extra time for the interchange.

The building has a lift from the lobby to level 8, and the route from the lift lobby into our room is step-free. If you need a quieter arrival or a seat near the door, mention it in the form or on the call and we will arrange it before you visit.
