These terms govern enrolment, sittings, materials and conduct at Aiacademysg. They are effective 2026. Please read them before you accept a place. Questions belong in writing to hello@aiacademysg.com, not in the margins of a joining note on the morning of class.
About these terms
These terms apply to individual participants and to organisations that book places for their staff. They cover advisory calls, programmes, team sittings and any written read-back we send after an intake conversation. They sit with our privacy notice and cookies notice. If those notices and these terms ever appear to clash on personal data, the privacy notice prevails for that point only.
You agree to these terms when you submit an enquiry, accept a written quotation, pay a fee, or attend a sitting. If a clause is unclear, ask us before you enrol. We would rather pause a booking than discover a mismatch in the room.
We may revise this page from time to time. The version published here applies to new bookings from the date you accept them. A change does not rewrite a confirmation we have already issued unless both sides agree in writing.
Enrolment
A place is offered after a twenty-minute advisory call and a written read-back. That sequence exists so we can say whether a programme is a sensible use of your time. Sending the form on contact.php is a request for that conversation, not a confirmed seat.
A place is confirmed only when we have sent written confirmation and, where a fee applies, when the agreed payment or an accepted organisational purchase order is in place. Until then we may still fill the cohort. We run groups of eight to fourteen. If a sitting is full we will say so and offer the next date, or a different format if that is a better fit for the work you described.
You must give contact details we can actually use. If we cannot reach you at the email or number you supplied after reasonable attempts, we may release the place and write to tell you. Please also tell us about access needs in good time so we can plan the room rather than improvise on the night. How we teach, and what we decline to teach, is set out on approach.php.
Fees
We quote fees after the advisory conversation because the figure depends on format, group size, and whether the sitting is in our one-north room or at your office. You will receive the quote in writing, with what is included and what is not. There is no public price list on this site. We do not advertise subsidies, grants or scheme codes we cannot verify for your situation.
Payment instructions travel with the quote. A seat is not reserved on a handshake or a calendar hold. We do not take payment during the first call. If your confirmation includes a trial session, you may leave after that session without paying for the remainder of the programme, provided you tell us in writing within two working days of that session.
Invoices for organisations are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. If payment does not arrive by the stated date we may withdraw the booking and offer the seats to another group. Details of formats and sittings live on programmes.php and, for closed groups, on for-teams.php.
Transfers and cancellations
If you need to move your place to a later sitting of the same programme, write to hello@aiacademysg.com as soon as you know. We will transfer the place when a seat exists in the later group and the level still fits. Transfers are not guaranteed in the last five working days before a sitting starts, because room plans, accounts and printed workbooks are already set.
If you wish to cancel entirely, give written notice to the same address. With ten or more working days’ notice before the first session, we will refund fees paid for unused sessions, less any room or materials cost we have already committed and cannot recover. With fewer than ten working days’ notice, we may retain the fee for sessions we cannot reasonably refill. Organisations that book a closed cohort should treat confirmed dates as locked unless both sides agree a change in writing.
You may transfer an individual place to a named colleague in the same organisation if you tell us before the first session and the colleague is a suitable fit for the level of the programme. We will not move a place after teaching has begun except by written agreement. Missed sessions are not automatically repeated; the practical options are on faq.php.
Materials
Workbooks, templates, checklists, slides and other materials we give you remain the intellectual property of Aiacademysg. You may keep them for your own work and share them with colleagues inside your organisation for that organisation’s internal use. You may not sell them, publish them as your own course, or load them into a public model as training or fine-tuning material.
You retain rights in the examples and data you bring. We do not claim ownership of your prompts, documents or process notes. Other participants’ examples stay in the room. Recording a session, in whole or in part, needs our prior written consent and the consent of everyone present.
A written read-back after an advisory call is for you. You may circulate it inside your organisation. Please do not publish it as an Aiacademysg endorsement of a vendor, a model or a procurement choice. If you need a public statement, ask us; we will usually decline, and that is deliberate.
Conduct
Sessions are working rooms. Arrive on time, bring the laptop and tool accounts listed in the joining note, and treat other people’s examples as confidential. We will pause or stop a session if someone records without consent, or if a participant insists on pasting other people’s personal data into a public assistant.
We may ask a participant to leave a sitting, without refund of that session, if conduct makes the room unsafe or unusable for others. We will say so in the room and follow up in writing the same working day where we can. Harassment, repeated interruption, or refusal to follow a reasonable data instruction counts as that kind of conduct.
Remote or hybrid participants must keep a working camera and microphone unless we have agreed otherwise for access reasons. The joining note explains how to request an adjustment. If your connection fails, write to us afterwards; we will share what can reasonably be shared, which is not always a full recording.
Limits
Course materials are educational. Aiacademysg does not provide legal, compliance or engineering sign-off for any system you build afterwards.
We teach on publicly available assistant models, transcription tools, table and draft generation, and basic automation. We do not warrant that a particular vendor, model or workflow will remain available, accurate, or permitted under your organisation’s policies. You remain responsible for what you deploy at work, including checks against your own rules on data, procurement and professional standards.
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability for any claim arising from a programme, team sitting or advisory call is limited to the fees you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We do not promise employment outcomes, salary changes, or government accreditation. The certificate of completion we issue is our own record that you attended the sitting. It is not a national qualification and should not be presented as one.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive or similar relief elsewhere to protect our materials. If a part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues. A failure to enforce a clause on one occasion is not a waiver of it later.
Notices under these terms should be sent by email to hello@aiacademysg.com, with a copy by post if you wish to Aiacademysg, 1 Fusionopolis Place, #08-12, Galaxis, Singapore 138522. Telephone +65 6890 3157 during consultation hours: Monday to Friday 09:30–18:30, Saturday 10:00–14:00 by appointment, Sunday closed.
How we handle personal data from enquiries and class administration is described in the privacy notice. For a booking conversation, use the form on contact.php. We reply from hello@aiacademysg.com within one working day.
