Aiacademysg

Privacy

This notice explains what Aiacademysg collects when you write to us, why we keep it, and how you can ask us to show it or delete it. It is effective 2026. It covers this website and the enquiry form on contact.php.

Notice

Who this notice is for

Aiacademysg is an AI academy at 1 Fusionopolis Place, #08-12, Galaxis, Singapore 138522. We run small-cohort programmes and twenty-minute advisory calls. This page is about personal information you send us through the site. It is not a classroom policy and it is not legal advice.

If you only read the pages, we do not ask you for a name or an email address. We do not run advertising on this site. We do not drop analytics products from other companies onto these pages. The small amount of storage used in your browser is described on cookies.php.

If you later enrol, we will tell you at that point what we need for a booking. Enrolment conditions sit on terms.php. This notice does not complete a booking on its own.

Data

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we ask for your name, email address, an optional telephone number, a topic, and a message. We also record the time of the request so we can reply in order. A short technical token is used to reduce forged submissions. That token is not a contact record.

We do not ask for identity numbers, payment cards, copies of identification, or files about other people. Please do not paste passwords, client lists, or large extracts of other people’s personal data into the message field. The form is for arranging a conversation.

If you telephone +65 6890 3157 or write to hello@aiacademysg.com directly, we will hold the details you chose to give us in that conversation, for the same purposes described here.

Purpose

Why we use it

We use the details you send so that we can reply to your enquiry, arrange a twenty-minute advisory call if that is what you asked for, and keep a short record of what we already discussed. That record exists so that the next person who picks up the thread does not ask you the same questions twice.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not use your message to train public models. We do not score you for advertising. If the topic you chose is a team or organisation, we still treat the named person as the contact unless you tell us otherwise.

If a message is clearly not an enquiry (for example, it is empty of meaning after our checks), we may discard it without a reply. Ordinary, complete enquiries receive a reply from hello@aiacademysg.com within one working day.

Retention

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 24 months from the date of the last message in that thread. After that we delete them. Twenty-four months is long enough to remember a conversation if you write back later in the same year, and short enough that old threads do not sit in the mailbox forever.

If you ask us to delete sooner, we will do so. We may keep a slim note that a deletion request was received and completed, for a short period, so that we can show we acted on it. Session information used to protect the form is temporary and is not kept as a contact record.

If you enrol on a programme after an enquiry, booking records for that programme are separate from the original web form. We will say so at the time of booking rather than stretch this notice to cover classroom administration.

Sharing

Who we do not pass this to

We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to marketing lists. We do not share them with other academies as a lead. Mail is sent to hello@aiacademysg.com and is handled by people who work on Aiacademysg enquiries.

Our website is hosted in Singapore. Hosting staff may see server logs in the ordinary course of keeping the site running. Those logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse of the form. They are not used to build a profile of you for advertising.

We may disclose a record if Singapore law requires it, or if we must protect a person from serious harm. We will not treat a routine sales request from a third party as such a reason. If you write on behalf of an organisation, we still do not hand your personal email to that organisation’s suppliers unless you ask us to.

Rights

Access, correction and deletion

You may ask us for a copy of the enquiry data we hold about you. You may ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You may ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aiacademysg.com from the address you used in the form, so we can match the record. We aim to acknowledge the request within one working day and to complete it promptly after that.

If we cannot match the request to a record, we will say so. We will not invent a file that is not there. You may also simply stop writing to us. Silence does not delete an existing record on its own; if you want deletion, please say so in the email.

These steps are how we handle ordinary access and deletion requests for website enquiries. They are not a substitute for advice about your rights under Singapore law. If you believe we have handled your data poorly, start with that email so we can look at the file.

Hosting

Where it is stored

We store enquiry mail and this website in Singapore. We do not move your enquiry to a mailing platform outside Singapore as a matter of course. Hosting in Singapore is a deliberate choice so that the ordinary path of a message stays in the same country as our campus room in one-north.

We take ordinary care with access to the mailbox. No website can promise that a message will never be intercepted in transit, which is why we ask you not to send secrets through the form. If a subject is sensitive, book the call and speak, or ask us how to send a smaller, safer summary.

Classroom examples are a separate matter. On approach.php we describe what we ask you not to bring into a session. That guidance is about good practice in the room. This page is about the website form.

Contact

Questions, changes, related pages

Questions about this notice go to hello@aiacademysg.com, or to +65 6890 3157 during consultation hours: Monday to Friday 09:30–18:30, Saturday 10:00–14:00 by appointment, Sunday closed. Walk-in questions about privacy are better as an email, so we have a written trail.

If we change this notice we will update the wording on this page. The current version is effective 2026. We will not hide a material change in a footnote. Related reading: cookies.php describes browser storage, terms.php covers enrolment, and faq.php answers practical questions before you enrol.

If you would rather talk than write a long message, use contact.php and say that your topic is a privacy question. We still reply from hello@aiacademysg.com within one working day.
